We
include detailed tips and instructions for refilling and resetting the
cartridges with a complete set of bottles. If you are a new refiller and
purchasing a single bottle as a first purchase please request this. We
also recommend the Funnels / Spouts (below) which are not included with
the toner bottles.
1) Remove blue plastic part by first removing screw (there is only one)
2) This will expose the cap located as shown in picture below
3) Remove the cap by inserting the tip of a screw driver and twisting it
carefully

practical task requiring some tools & practical skills)
Our 200gm Black and 150gm colour
bottles exceed the print yield of a "High Capacity" Epson cartridge by about
70% & 25% respectively - therefore we recommend that you refill cartridges
when "empty" and in any case it is a good idea to underfill rather than risk
an overfill. There is a moving paddle inside each cartridge and overfilling
can case this to stick - it squeals when stuck so the toner volume needs to
be reduced by removing toner.
