Refilling instructions for Samsung refill toner Spouts - putting in the powder is fairly easy, however, it is a practical task requiring some basic Tools - We supply detailed pictorial instructions with refill toner.

(1) you require to "split" the cartridge - this reveals the filler plug

(2) use a screwdriver to wedge into the side of the plug to prise it out and then you simply pour in powder and recap.

(3) Re-assembly is the reverse of step (1)

(4) If chip has expired fit a new chip

Do the refill on a surface which can tolerate any spillage.

Generally, it may be a good idea to put in less than the full bottle - but ensure that you are refilling an "empty" - not a half filled cartridge! Always shake the toner bottle vigorously before pouring - this makes the powder flow like liquid.
